1. Introduction
Welcome to CoreToppra, a provider of core-top frameworks for task systems. By accessing or using our services, information products, or goods, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Our services involve customized implementations of core-top frameworks for task systems. If you wish to schedule or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 5 business days before the planned start date.
Cancellation and Credits: You may cancel a service up to 7 days before its start for a full credit toward future services. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are subject to a 50% service fee due to allocation of our team’s time and resources. Services that begin immediately after purchase are not eligible for credit, as work commences upon confirmation.
Credit for canceled services can be applied toward similar offerings within 180 days of the original booking.
3. Information Products
Information products, including digital guides and manuals, are delivered electronically. All development and editorial work begins immediately after purchase, so we do not offer credits or reimbursements once the product has been accessed.
4. Goods
Physical goods are shipped to the address you provide. You may request a replacement for damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused and in original packaging.
Replacements will be arranged within 14 days of receiving your request. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit valid for 180 days.
5. Refund Policy
This extended section describes how credits are processed and under which conditions a credit may be issued or denied.
- For services, credits are processed within 10 business days after confirmation of cancellation. Credits appear on your account and can be redeemed via the same purchase path.
- For information products, no credits are available once access is granted. This policy ensures that all editorial and technical resources committed to your product are covered.
- For goods, credits for returned items are processed within 14 business days of receipt at our facility. Credits are issued as store credit and not cash reimbursements, to cover handling and processing fees.
- Custom or personalized offerings are non-creditable due to bespoke resource allocation.
